Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Unicorn Rivals website (unicornrivals.com) and iOS app. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Unicorn Rivals is a real-time multiplayer mobile strategy game. The website provides marketing, blog content and a waitlist. The iOS app lets you create an account with Sign In with Apple, join live servers and compete against other founders.

2. Account and Apple Sign In

• Sign In with Apple is required to create a game account.
• You can permanently delete your account from within the app.
• Account sharing, bots and cheating are prohibited.

3. Virtual Goods and Subscriptions

In-app purchases (diamond packs and Founder Pass subscription) are processed by Apple via the App Store. Billing and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

• Diamonds are consumable virtual currency with no real-world cash value.
• Founder Pass is an auto-renewing subscription; cancel in App Store settings.
• Virtual goods are non-refundable except where Apple requires otherwise.

4. Waitlist (Website)

You may join the waitlist by submitting your email on the website. Waitlist registration does not guarantee game access.

5. Prohibited Use

• Cheating, exploits or economy manipulation,
• Harassment or deceptive behaviour toward other players,
• Unauthorized API access or automated bots,
• Attacks on the website or content scraping.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, design, logos and branding belong to the Unicorn Rivals developer. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

7. Service Changes

Game balance, server rules and features may be updated. Servers may conclude or close; reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We accept no liability for indirect damages.

9. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party links on the website.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of İstanbul.
