1. Service Description

Unicorn Rivals is a real-time multiplayer mobile strategy game. The website (unicornrivals.com) consists of a game landing page and blog content. The game application has not yet launched; the current service only accepts early access registrations.

2. Early Access List

You may register for the early access list by providing your email address. This registration does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of service. The game schedule may change or be cancelled; registered subscribers will be notified in such cases.

3. Prohibited Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting unauthorised access to or attacking the website,
• Scraping content with automated tools,
• Sharing misleading, harmful or unlawful content,
• Any use that infringes others’ intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (articles, images, design, logo, game concept) is owned by the Unicorn Rivals developer and protected under applicable copyright law.

Blog content may be partially quoted with attribution. Reproducing entire articles without permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Unicorn Rivals does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website. We accept no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

The website may contain third-party links. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.
